Elisa has experience of working within different multidisciplinary feeding and swallowing teams, providing assessments, investigations and strategies to support eating, drinking and nutrition. She also has expertise in complex communication difficulties and working with families to support their child’s early communication development. She has worked with children and young people with various neurological or neurodevelopmental conditions at home, in the community and across hospital settings. Elisa has specialised in working with neonates in special care settings and follow up clinics, as well as in the community, which brought her to Ei SMART. She is passionate about early intervention, family centred care, and working holistically with families, as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
